Why was my MTurk registration request not accepted?

To effectively maintain and administer the MTurk marketplace, we are not always in a position to accept every registration request. Should conditions change, you may be contacted in the future to see if you are still interested in joining the marketplace.

Where's my money?

For new Workers, payments from Requesters are delayed until you have been active on MTurk for at least 10 days, starting from the day you submit your first HIT. For more information, please refer to this FAQ.

How can I get help with a HIT or a rejected HIT?

If you have questions about the instructions in a particular HIT, completing a HIT, or why your HIT was rejected, contact the Requester. You can contact the Requester from the link on your Dashboard or by searching the Requester's HITs. Please note that Requesters determine when your HITs are approved.

Should I complete this HIT?

If you see a HIT that violates the Amazon Mechanical Turk Participation Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy, please report the HIT by clicking on the "Report this HIT" link so that we can investigate.
